Kubashen (Jerome) Naidoo

Kubashen (Jerome) Naidoo assumed the role of advisor for Data Storage Corporation, where he contributes to the company’s strategy in artificial intelligence research, product architecture, and intellectual property. With more than three decades of experience spanning software engineering, cybersecurity, distributed systems, and artificial intelligence, Mr. Naidoo has built a career around solving complex technical challenges and developing innovative technologies.  Mr. Naidoo began his technology career working with Linux systems, network infrastructure, kernel development, and cybersecurity. His early work included designing and securing large-scale computing environments, developing advanced automation systems, and exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and security. Over the course of his career, he has developed expertise in software architecture, machine learning, cybersecurity, and large-scale distributed computing. Mr. Naidoo continues to direct the company’s long-term technology vision, overseeing research initiatives focused on next-generation artificial intelligence, autonomous reasoning systems, and enterprise-scale AI deployment. His work is driven by a commitment to transforming complex data into actionable intelligence and building AI systems capable of solving real-world business challenges at scale.
