SafeData HA will provide real-time, off-site access to High Liner Foods' data, systems and applications in the event a system failure occurs. The food processing company will also leverage the robustness of DSC's SafeData Vault service, powered by Asigra's industry leading cloud backup, recovery and restore platform, for the daily and monthly backup of all data for retention purposes. DSC uses Asigra's newest platform, Asigra v11, the industry's first end-to-end cloud backup solution offering support for tablets and mobile devices.
High Liner Foods needed a solution to ensure the availability of its email application, which serves as its standard form of communication internally and externally to its customers; and its ERP platform which runs its logistics, billing and other key operational functions.
